Formed in the Soviet era of the late 1970s, the band has a rich history spanning over four decades and has seen numerous musicians pass through its ranks. Currently, the band is in its second generation, with the sons of the original members operating as a distinct four-piece unit that remains connected to the original ensemble. Their music is known for blending traditional Armenian folk music with rock and other diverse genres. Their song "Lose Yourself" was recently released, with the official music video being uploaded to YouTube around April 9, 2025. The song was written and produced by Narek Barseghyan, and features mixing and mastering by Serge Elkony.
