White Reaper is an American garage punk band based in Louisville, Kentucky, formed in 2012. The band currently includes Tony Esposito (guitar/vocals) and Ryan Hater (keys), with Hunter Thompson (guitar). While founding rhythm section members Nick and Sam Wilkerson (drums and bass, respectively) departed in 2024, the band has continued to release new music.
White Reaper's sound is a dynamic blend of garage punk, indie punk, and modern power pop, often incorporating '80s arena rock swagger and catchy, bubblegum hooks. They are known for their energetic sound, captivating stage presence, and a fierce commitment to their craft, cementing their reputation as one of the 21st century's preeminent rock bands.
