The Hives are a Swedish rock band formed in 1993, renowned for their energetic performances and distinctive blend of garage rock and punk influences. The lineup consists of Howlin' Pelle Almqvist (vocals), Nicholaus Arson (lead guitar), Vigilante Carlstroem (rhythm guitar), Dr. Matt Destruction (bass), and Chris Dangerous (drums). They gained international recognition in the early 2000s with hits like "Hate to Say I Told You So," solidifying their reputation as a dynamic force in the rock scene.​

In April 2025, The Hives released the single "Enough Is Enough," serving as the lead track from their upcoming seventh studio album, "The Hives Forever Forever The Hives," scheduled for release on August 29, 2025.  The band has expressed that the song embodies their signature high-energy style, stating, "They are here again sooner than you expected and they have had enough of everyone at this point. Hence the title." ​
