PENGSHUi are a London-based trio tearing down genre walls with their explosive fusion of punk energy, grime attitude, and bone-rattling bass. Since their 2018 debut, they’ve become one of the UK’s most fearless and uncompromising live acts — igniting stages at Download, Bloodstock, Glastonbury, and Boomtown, while earning praise for their ferocious blend of live electronics and raw aggression.
Fronted by Illaman (Dave Penning) — MC for Foreign Beggars, Goldie, Flux Pavilion, and Chinese Man — and powered by Fatty Bassman (Chris Hargreaves), co-founder of Submotion Orchestra, alongside masterful drummer Barney Sage, PENGSHUi are a force of nature. They’ve delivered two acclaimed albums, remixed The Prodigy, and built a devoted following drawn to their unfiltered, working-class ethos and unstoppable energy. With their third studio album, GUTS, due out October 31, 2025, the trio are primed to redefine heavy music once again.
“PSYCHO EYES” is PENGSHUi at their most unhinged and electrifying — a blistering collision of snarling vocals, industrial bass, and rhythmic chaos. The track captures the band’s essence: raw emotion weaponized through noise, power, and catharsis. It’s a soundtrack for rebellion, for release, for anyone who’s ever been told to tone it down.
