A VOID are a Paris-born, London-based grunge-punk trio known for their explosive energy, dark humour, and no-rules songwriting. Led by Camille Alexander (vocals/guitar) alongside Aaron Hartmann (bass) and Marie Niemiec (drums), the band merge 90s alt-rock ferocity with art-school mischief, creating music that’s as cathartic as it is chaotic.

Having built a fierce reputation across Europe’s underground scene, A VOID’s shows are unfiltered theatre — walls of noise, confessional lyrics, and crowd-collapsing charisma. Their sound evokes Hole, Sonic Youth, and The Dead Weather, but their identity is purely their own: part performance art, part emotional exorcism.

“Fish In Your Pocket” is a snarling anthem of defiance and dysfunction, twisting absurd imagery into biting social commentary. Its jagged riffs, crashing drums, and sardonic vocals capture A VOID’s signature blend of humour and hostility — a portrait of intimacy, chaos, and the strange poetry hiding in modern disconnection.

It’s grunge with guts, glamour, and grime — A VOID at their sharpest, reminding everyone that punk can still be strange, loud, and gloriously alive.
