Ixaras is a queer Indie Pop Rock artist and songwriter from Meanjin/Brisbane, Australia. The project is led by the 16-year-old artist Ixara Dorizac. She gained recognition in 2023 as a triple j unearthed high finalist and performed at festivals like BIGSOUND and Valley Fiesta. Ixara also runs her own DIY gig company called 'Anti-Dismal', focused on inclusive and accessible all-ages shows. Her song "THIS CITY" was released around May 15, 2025, and there is an official music video available on YouTube.
