Music of the Day: Scouge - Fall Apart

Scouge is a loud 3-Piece Rock band from Yorkshire. Formed by Sheffield born Rob Lee (also guitarist/singer in Pulled Apart by Horses) in late 2021 after meeting Bradford based Tattoo Artist and Drummer Ian Atkinson and long standing power-rhythm-section partner Daz Akeroyd. They set to work, writing in an old Yorkshire industrial mill, road testing the material with as many gigs as they could find all over the country. After recording and self releasing a number of tracks, they entered the studio in 2023 to record a four song EP which will be released on Cargo Records, one track at a time, at the beginning of each month starting in July. Welded by mucky grunge filth, fueled by aspartame sweet melody and propelled by sludge time riffs. With a Northern spirit of endurance, determination and sheer stubbornness, they’re not going away.
