Music of the Day: SANZ - Close

SANZ started as a solo project by former GROOVENOM frontman Sandro „Sanz“ Geissler. After the release of the first album "Let Us Die" and the great feedback from press and fans he decided to expand the project and put it on stage. Meanwhile SANZ have grown into a five piece rock band. The new album "WE ARE LOST" unites the 80s pop trademarks of the debut and combines them with heavy guitars, pumping bass and straight drums. The songs of SANZ are emotional and melancholic as well as danceable and catchy. The unsparing, honest lyrics about fears, depressions, hopes and love also creating a rousing listening experience.
