Bruther’s debut EP “Bird in Hand Lane” shows the diversity of the singer’s and composers’ versatile approach to music and tells the stories of various encounters of her life. The weirdness of “Wonder”, the softness and fragility of the title song “Bird in Hand Lane”, the anger in “Earnest” all open up the variety of music that Bruther has been surrounded by from early age. Her truest music love - and she doesn’t ever shy from telling everyone- are truly - The Beatles. Ultimately, even the title of the EP is paying homage to “Abbey Road” and shows her love for London. No wonder her song “Oh! Baby” takes us back in time to the 60s- an ultimate break-up song with the power of a rock band to support Bruther’s deep and soulful vocals.
