Pleasure Trail (they/them) is an Electronic Pop artist based in the East End of Glasgow. Feelings of isolation in a big city brought the artist to express how it affects them as a queer person struggling with a mental disorder. After the success of their last single ‘I Think I’m Just Exhausted’ at the start of 2025, Pleasure Trail is showing that they have more to offer with cathartic and expressive lyrics with their new single 'Spartanism' - out May 2nd.

Having recently been diagnosed after years of experiencing symptoms of OCD, Pleasure Trail has created an immersive experience through song. Their new single ‘Spartanism’ explores the concept of ‘compulsive decluttering’ and the intrusive voices that come with the disorder. The electro-pop track features haunting vocal chants, ambient synthesisers and hard-hitting drum machines.
