Band in Dystopia is an indie rock artist from Barrow-in-Furness, UK. The artist name and ethos are that of songwriter and producer, John Rennie, who started the project in late-2021 with the mission of writing and producing an Orwell/Bowie inspired concept album to tell the story of a fictional band living in a futuristic dystopia.
