Movie of the Day: Fifi (2022) by Jeanne Aslan, Paul Saintillan

Fifi expects to spend a summer like any other, locked in her building located in the Nancy suburbs. Until the day she runs into an old friend Jade, who is going on vacation with her parents. Fifi takes the opportunity to steal a set of keys to their house and decides to spend time there, in order to escape the chaotic family environment. It's no surprise when, during a bath, Jade's brother bursts into the house and calls out to her. She then thinks that he is going to kick her out but understanding the teenager's situation, he offers to spend time whenever she wants in their house. 3 wins & 1 nomination international film festivals.
